This volume provides a discussion of the challenges and perspectives of electromagnetics and network theory and their microwave applications in all aspects. It collects the most interesting contribution of the symposium dedicated to Professor Peter Russer held in October 2009 in Munich.To check these results under real-life conditions, similar experiments were carried out on an engine test dynamometer. In these experiments, an Audi V6-3.2 -l-FSI engine running at 1, 000 rpm and at a torque of 230 Nm was used.
