This book, intended for directors or managers of sport facilities, presents an overview of management techniques, strategies, and considerations. The first section, which focuses on planning for effective facility and equipment management, states that the foundation for such planning efforts is the manager's own personal philosophy, which in turn gives direction and consistency to operational efforts.
