Catalog of an exhibition organized by the Frick Collection, New York of 60 watercolors by Granet. The MusAce Granet, Aix-en-Provence lent the works, many of which were here on display in the United States for the first time. All were painted after 1830 and show views of Paris, Versailles, and the Ile-de-France. A color reproduction accompanies each catalog entry, and there are photographs and drawings of some of the sites. Included is an English translation of the artist's memoirs.
