These are stories told to me when I was a child. One is about a boy who ran away from home. One is a true story just after the Civil War. Another is a true story told to my Grandmother by the main character in the story--but many years later. When it was bed time as a little kid in the 1950's, Grandma always told us stories. These are just some of the stories I remembered. Sadly Grandma has long since passed away but her stories remain with me.At school he said, aIa#39;m in the seventh-eighth-seventh grade, a almost stuttering with fear. The vice-principal said, aIa#39;ll decide what grade youa#39;re in!a He gave Richard, but now known as a#39;Bena#39; all kinds of tests. He put Ben in the eighth grade!
